EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
Recognizing that personal problems affect the health, the well-being, and
the work performance of employees, Compassion Christian Counseling
offers private contracts to area businesses through an Employee
Assistance Program. The EAP is designed to provide short-term counseling for
empl oyees
and eligible dependents, which may be experiencing emotional, financial,
drug or alcohol, marital or family problems.
EAP
services are offered to eligible employees and their eligible dependents at
no cost to the employee/dependent. Counseling services are paid by the

CHURCH
ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS
Compassion Christian Counseling also offers a Church Assistance
Program (CAP) to churches that have an agreement with the Clinic. There are
two programs or options available for churches:

The first agreement works much like an EAP
program whereby the church pays a monthly fee in proportion to size
of membership. The church members are served at no cost or at a
reduced cost, depending upon the agreement.

The second arrangement is that CCC would
keep a log of the church members receiving counsel. At the end of the
month, the Clinic would invoice the church up to a prearranged limit.
CCC
is a non-profit 501c3 religious organization, whereby tax deductible
donations are accepted. Donations are accepted from individuals and churches
to assist those who are not able to pay full rates.
