Compassion Christian Counseling  offers a faith-based approach to counseling and recovery that ministers to the whole person—body, soul and spirit.  Using scripture, prayer and the model of Faith Based Therapy^™, seasoned and trained counselors offer confidential counseling for individuals, families, children and teens, who are struggling with life-controlling issues. . 

Appointments with Certified Faith-Based Clinical Counselors are available during the day and early evening Monday thru Thursday, and Friday and Saturday by special arrangement.  Sessions usually last an hour but may last longer depending on the need of the client and time available.

GOD14^® (Getting Off Drugs In 14 Weeks) 

GOD14^® is a proven, 14-week, recovery program, which specializes in:

1. Breaking the physical addiction through nutritional supplementation,

2. Identifying the mental/emotional issues and triggers associated with addiction

3. Spiritual discipleship through prayer, scripture study and a 14-week recovery workbook.  

Throughout the 14-week program, the client is coached through recovery and spiritual issues while nutritional supplementation works to restore brain chemical balance and physical restoration.  By God's grace and with the nutritional support the cravings and withdrawal symptoms are reduced to about half in one week and then by another half the second week.  The result is that the physical addiction is broken, life-controlling problems are resolved, and the client is introduced to the abundant life in Christ.  Anger management, relapse prevention and family counseling are also available.  

This program is gaining recognition in the nation for its effectiveness and simplicity.  We are currently achieving a 90% success rate for those who follow and complete the 14-week program.  Successful drug/alcohol recovery is defined as staying clean from drugs or alcohol for a period of one year. This program really works.

The treatment and recovery services at Compassion Christian Counseling Clinic are exclusively religious in nature and are not subject to licensure or regulation by the Texas Commission on Alcohol and Drug Abuse. This program offers only non-medical treatment and recovery methods, such as prayer, moral guidance, spiritual counseling, and scriptural study.
